Extended School Year ( ESY ) and New School Year Make a Meaningful Impact in Students' Lives We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in achieving their fullest potential. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to enhance participation in school-based activities and promote independence through targeted therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to assess functional abilities and needs + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each student's goals + Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs and plans of care + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided + Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and progress + Monitor student outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as needed Minimum Qualifications + Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice + Minimum of one (1) year of professional OT experience preferred + Strong understanding of and adherence to professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification, if applicable + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD , or chest X-ray) as required + Current health certificate in alignment with state or contract regulations + Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements + Minimum age of 18 years Why Join This Opportunity + Consistent full-time schedule with work-life balance + Supportive, collaborative school environment + Ability to make a lasting difference in students' academic and developmental journeys If you are passionate about helping students thrive and are looking for a structured, meaningful contract opportunity, we encourage you to apply and bring your expertise to a role where it truly matters.
