Private Practice Clinic Position Overview This role includes a mix of clinic-based and community-based (home/school) services, with all afternoons spent in-clinic. You'll work across our Chicago (Roscoe Village) and Northfield locations, with a balanced schedule designed to support both quality care and clinician sustainability. Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) 4 days at ~9 hours/day + 1 half day ~2.5 days/week in Chicago (Roscoe Village) ~2 days/week in Northfield No weekends Caseload & Responsibilities Target of ~32 sessions per week Provide occupational therapy services to a pediatric population Areas of focus include: Fine and gross motor development Executive functioning Emotional and body regulation Sensory processing Autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, and attention challenges Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs) Complete documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver communication What We Offer Competitive salary + bonus structure Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match CEU stipend Mileage reimbursement for community visits No weekend requirements Why Join Crossroads?Strong Mentorship:
