Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Occupational Therapist that will partner closely with classroom staff, families, and service providers to develop, implement, and monitor occupational therapy programming for students K-8th grade with autism and related disabilities (~35-40 students). This role plays a key part in IEP development, staff training, and ensuring therapy goals support functional independence and classroom success. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with classroom staff, parents, and outside therapists to support student OT goals
- Conduct formal and informal assessments, observations, and skill probes
- Develop and model therapeutic activities aligned to IEP goals
- Support IEP development, goal tracking, and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP, SETT, and interdisciplinary meetings
- Provide training and ongoing support to classroom staff

- Previous school-based OT experience
- Physically, mentally, and emotionally able to support children with disabilities
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
- Experience working with students with autism across varying age ranges
- Familiarity with ABA principles (preferred, not required)
