Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team in East Moline, Illinois. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum physical, emotional, and social potential. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our residents Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness Design and implement effective interventions to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers Document all treatments and progress, accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Possess a current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
