Job Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Farmington, IL. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care while working in a supportive team environment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client requires ability to provide care for patients with a range of medical complexities and common post-acute conditions. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and restorative OT programs preferred.
