Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist

CST Academy is a leading outpatient multidisciplinary practice specializing in providing life-changing therapeutic services to autistic children and children with related developmental delays. We offer a therapeutic preschool program along side our multidisciplinary services. CST Academy is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Our OTs work closely with the multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, BCBAs, and ABA therapists.

Responsibilities include:

Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children Administering comprehensive evaluations as necessary Interacting with and educating parents on therapy and support strategies Necessary skills and attributes include : Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas A passion for working with children The ability to "connect" with children and parents Exceptional written and oral communication skills Creativity and flexibility Access to personal transportation Experience with feeding therapy is a plus
