Job Description

What You'll Do:
Mentor and develop OTs across a variety of pediatric settings Serve as a clinical expert —problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes Deliver direct pediatric occupational therapy services across multiple environments Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion Facilitate collaboration between departments Be an exceptional role model for all team members Create the kind of mentorship experience every therapists hopes to receive in their own career Contribute to a culture focused on growth, support and excellence
What You WON'T Do:
Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action - that's for the Managers to deal with! You get to just be an amazing therapeutic support to your teammates!
Qualifications:
Active Illinois and/or Indiana Occupational Therapy License 2+ years of OT experience across a variety of pediatric settings Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make.
