Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) @ Infinity & Beyond Pediatric Therapy Lake Zurich, IL Mon-Thu, 9am-6pm • No weekends

Pay:

$50-$70/hr (based on experience) Full-time W-2 with benefits We're a collaborative pediatric outpatient clinic designed around quality care, sustainable caseloads, and supporting clinicians long-term—and we're hiring a full-time Pediatric OT to join our growing team in Lake Zurich. About the Role This is a full-time outpatient pediatric OT position with a consistent 4-day workweek (34 hours) , no weekends, and a schedule designed to be both sustainable and predictable. You'll work 1:1 with children from infancy through early adolescence, using a holistic, whole-child approach to support regulation, development, and functional independence. Our clinical model emphasizes underlying development and motor foundations (including reflex integration), not just surface-level skills. You'll collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for mentorship, leadership, shared clinical decision-making, and ongoing learning. We prioritize connection and collaboration—with weekly team meetings and shared problem-solving—so you're never practicing in isolation.
