Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) @ Infinity & Beyond Pediatric Therapy Lake Zurich, IL Mon-Thu, 9am-6pm • No weekends
Pay:
$50-$70/hr (based on experience) Full-time W-2 with benefits We're a collaborative pediatric outpatient clinic designed around quality care, sustainable caseloads, and supporting clinicians long-term—and we're hiring a full-time Pediatric OT to join our growing team in Lake Zurich. This position is a great fit for therapists who want a manageable caseload, strong team collaboration, and time to provide thoughtful, high-quality care, in an environment that feels like a second home. About the Role This is a full-time outpatient pediatric OT position with a consistent 4-day workweek (34 hours) , no weekends, and a schedule designed to be both sustainable and predictable. You'll work 1:1 with children from infancy through early adolescence, using a holistic, whole-child approach to support regulation, development, and functional independence. Our clinical model emphasizes underlying development and motor foundations (including reflex integration), not just surface-level skills. You'll collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for mentorship, leadership, shared clinical decision-making, and ongoing learning. We prioritize connection and collaboration—with weekly team meetings and shared problem-solving—so you're never practicing in isolation. Caseload & Schedule Manage a thoughtful, sustainable caseload designed to support high-quality care (not high-volume therapy) Built-in documentation time to support efficiency and reduce after-hours work Consistent weekly schedule (Mon-Thu, 9-6) with no weekend requirements Optional Early Intervention opportunities available if desired How You'll Spend Most of Your Time Conduct pediatric OT evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Deliver skilled, play-based therapy sessions (including occasional co-treats with PT or ST) Complete documentation efficiently and accurately Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team Participate in weekly team meetings and shared learning What We're Looking For Illinois-licensed Occupational Therapist Pediatric experience preferred; open to a motivated new graduate Interest in holistic, whole-child care (including reflex integration—training provided) Experience with, or interest in developing skills in sensory integration, NDT, Floortime, and self-regulation approaches Strong desire to learn, grow, and continue developing clinical skills over time Professional, team-oriented approach and strong communication skills What We Offer W‑2 employment 4‑day workweek (34 hours) No weekends Health & dental insurance Short‑term disability insurance PTO + paid holidays 401(k) with employer match CEU reimbursement & professional development support Flexible scheduling (clinic closes at 6 pm three days/week, 5 pm one day/week) Who This Role Is a Great Fit For This position is ideal for a clinician who: Values quality over volume Wants time to think clinically and provide individualized care Enjoys collaboration and being part of a connected team Is looking for a sustainable, long-term role—not just a high-volume job Has a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop their clinical skills with a focus on providing thoughtful, high-quality care Find Your Community Beyond high-quality clinical work, we truly value connection—team celebrations, seasonal gatherings, and shared moments that make our clinic feel like a place you belong, not just where you work.
