About the Role This is a full‑time outpatient pediatric OT position with a 34‑hour, 4‑day workweek, no weekends, and built in documentation time—so you can focus on skilled, meaningful work without sacrificing well‑being. You'll treat children from infancy through early adolescence using a holistic, whole‑child approach. You'll collaborate closely with families and work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that values connection and growth. Weekly team meetings and shared learning ensure you're never practicing in isolation. How You'll Spend Most of Your Time Conduct pediatric OT evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Deliver skilled therapy sessions (some co‑treats with PT or ST) Complete documentation efficiently and accurately Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team Participate in weekly team meetings and shared learning What We're Looking For Illinois‑licensed Occupational Therapist Pediatric experience helpful, not required — mentorship provided Interest in holistic, whole‑child care, especially reflex integration!
