Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a school-based Occupational Therapy position that offers meaningful work and exceptional support. This onsite contract assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, beginning with orientation on August 3rd and 4th and student start on August 10th, running through May 21st, 2027. You'll be matched with a caseload by age group that aligns with your interests, ensuring a fulfilling experience as you help students reach their goals. You'll enjoy collaboration, ongoing development, and immediate access to peers and leaders who care about your success.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with current OT license Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred Passion for supporting students' educational and developmental needs Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and collaborate with educators and families
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services one-on-one and in small groups, both directly and through consultation Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists Maintain accurate records and contribute to annual performance reviews and process improvements Actively participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and regular 1:1 check-ins with leaders
