Schedule Monday to Friday Floating between locations; flexible shifts available Required Experience & Certifications Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in acute care or hospital settings strongly preferred BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at all sites NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required for many units Willingness to float between hospital locations Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to diverse patient groups in hospital settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive therapy plans Complete patient assessments, develop and revise care goals, and document therapeutic interventions Educate patients and families on recovery and rehabilitation best practices Adjust techniques and plans to meet the unique needs of each facility Why Take This Assignment?
