Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students in a rewarding onsite setting near Naperville, IL. This full-time role starts August 3, 2026, with the school year running through May 28, 2027. Work closely with students in both self-contained and resource environments, making a meaningful impact on their growth and development.
Requirements and Desired Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience preferred Familiarity with providing therapy to a range of student ages and abilities Comfortable supporting both self-contained and resource classrooms Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ongoing professional growth and process improvement
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to elementary and middle school students Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists to support student goals Participate in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for team-building and shared learning Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to annual performance reviews Engage in one-on-one leader check-ins and regular team meetings for continued guidance Utilize readily accessible equipment and testing materials Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to promote best practices
