You'll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a COTA and fieldwork students. What You'll Do Carry a pediatric caseload (birth-18) Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and more Develop and update treatment plans and documentation Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interns Early Intervention training provided for those who wish to expand their skills What You Bring Master's degree in OT and NBCOT certification Illinois OT license (or license-eligible) Early Intervention credential preferred Pediatric experience strongly preferred Valid Illinois driver's license & insurance At Lifelong Access, people feel seen, heard, and supported, for our staff and the families we proudly serve.
