Competitive hourly rate based on experience + benefits About Us Spry Geriatric Therapy Group is expanding beyond traditional physical therapy and speech therapy with the launch of an innovative new concept: The Mobility Lab . The Mobility Lab is a self-pay wellness and performance program designed to help individuals move better, feel stronger, and stay active through one-on-one assisted stretching, mobility training, strengthening, and movement-based wellness services. While connected to our established physical therapy practice, the Mobility Lab operates as a distinct service focused on prevention, performance, and long-term health. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help build and grow this exciting new venture from the ground up. Position Summary The Mobility Lab Specialist will provide individualized stretching, mobility, strengthening, and movement-based training sessions while helping establish the Mobility Lab within the community. This position combines hands-on client care with business development, marketing, networking, and program growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about movement, fitness, wellness, and helping people achieve their goals through personalized one-on-one coaching. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one mobility, stretching, and strengthening sessions Develop individualized programs based on client goals and movement assessments Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness Build strong relationships that encourage client retention and package utilization Assist with marketing, community outreach, and networking efforts Develop referral relationships with local healthcare providers, fitness professionals, golf professionals, and community organizations Participate in business growth initiatives and new program development Maintain accurate client documentation and scheduling QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in fitness, wellness, athletic performance, rehabilitation, or related setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for health, movement, and helping others achieve their goals Preferred Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) Experience working alongside physical therapists or healthcare professionals Experience with mobility training, corrective exercise, stretching, or performance programming Benefits Competitive compensation Paid time off and holidays Retirement contribution opportunities Professional development support Opportunity to help build and shape a new business concept Potential leadership and growth opportunities as the Mobility Lab expands Why Join Us?
