Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid OT or COTA licensure (Illinois) Experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings Familiarity with strategies to enhance fine and gross motor skills in children and adolescents Ability to tailor therapeutic interventions for a wide range of student ages and needs Effective communicator with teachers, families, and students Prior experience navigating the unique needs of PreK-12 populations is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and address students' motor function and adaptive skills Develop individualized intervention plans based on IEP goals and teacher collaboration Deliver engaging, age-appropriate therapy sessions Track progress and maintain clear records for each student Work closely with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and other team members Participate in orientation and ongoing communication with staff Support student growth within a condensed summer session schedule Imagine being part of an energizing summer program, helping young learners develop the skills they need to succeed.
