Qualifications:

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS may be required or preferred depending on the department Experience in hospital-based therapy is highly desirable Strong adaptability and willingness to float across different hospital sites Commitment to high standards of patient care and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality occupational therapy services across acute care, rehab, and med/surg settings Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards Participate in departmental meetings, inservices, and quality improvement initiatives
