Select Savvy is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team in Illinois (Multiple School Locations Available).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse physical, sensory, and cognitive needs. Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with students' IEP goals. Implement therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor skills, self-regulation, attention, and daily functional performance. Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom environment. Adapt materials and environments to support sensory regulation and access to learning. Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current Illinois OT license and Professional Educator License (PEL) Experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of sensory integration, behavior support strategies, and communication collaboration. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
