What we're looking for: Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong background in developing and implementing individualized care and treatment plans Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Commitment to promoting student independence and functional success Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and evaluations of student abilities and needs within the educational setting Developing and implementing goal-oriented therapy plans for students with diverse needs Working with educators and families to integrate therapy into daily routines and classroom activities Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student progress toward goals Participating in IEP meetings and team conferences as a valued contributor Offering strategies, modifications, and adaptive equipment recommendations to maximize student participation This role allows you to support students in a meaningful way while enjoying the flexibility of a contract assignment.
