Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Familiarity with school-based therapy practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability and willingness to work onsite

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy to elementary students Conduct assessments and create developmentally appropriate intervention plans Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families Document progress and contribute to IEP development Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
