Job DescriptionTheracare is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, play-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, and functional needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to support independence and participation in daily activitiesUtilize creative, play-based therapy techniques to engage children and promote skill developmentProvide family and caregiver education to support carryover of skills outside the clinicComplete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reportsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Schedule:
Part-timeSome Afternoon availability required QualificationsBachelor's or higher degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent Indiana OT license (or eligible)Pediatric experience preferred, but not requiredStrong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skillsPassion for working with children and families Additional InformationSupportive, team-oriented clinic environmentFlexible schedulingOpportunities for clinical growth and developmentEmployee-owned company (ESOP) with a culture of shared success
