We are a Quality-of-Care-Focused, Orthopedic Group Outpatient in Goshen, IN. $2000-$2200 per week, Net take-home. Paid Weekly. First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits 40 hours per week guaranteed $1200 con ed package We treat on average 8-10 patients per day. 1-hour evaluations and 60-minute follow-up appointments.
Requirements for the Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient Neuro Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized treatment plan (long and short-term goals), and make adjustments as necessary Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state Current CPR Certificate
