Elementary School Occupational Therapist

This role is based onsite in Granger, Indiana, with a preferred location in Elkhart, Indiana. The contract runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering consistent full-time hours throughout the school year.

Responsibilities include:

Providing occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in a school setting Collaborating with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conducting student assessments and progress evaluations Supporting students in achieving functional goals related to their educational performance Participating in team meetings and communicating effectively with families and school personnel Qualifications and experience desired: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure Experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy interventions Ability to collaborate within an educational multidisciplinary team Effective communication and documentation skills
