Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role where your expertise as an Occupational Therapist (OT) will make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. This opportunity, located in the greater Greenwood/Indianapolis area, allows you to bring your skills to a single school setting—perfect for those seeking a consistent and focused environment. With flexibility for either part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) work, you'll have the opportunity to tailor the position to fit your interests and schedule. The caseload is yet to be determined, and you may have the chance to work with a diverse range of age groups, contributing to personal growth and professional challenge.
Qualifications:
Hold an active Indiana Professional License for Occupational Therapy Previous experience delivering OT services in a school environment preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit individual student needs Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to therapy
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions to support student learning Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support providers to optimize outcomes Participate in team meetings to review student progress and adjust strategies as needed Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations This contract opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to play a vital role in student growth alongside a dedicated school-based team.
