    • What You'll Do
    • + Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals + Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care + Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs + Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries + Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives + Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement •What We're Looking For•+ Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program + Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana + Current CPR certification + Previous clinical experience preferred + New graduates welcome + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development •What We Offer to Full-Time Occupational Therapists•+ Daily Pay + Retirement savings account + Employee referral incentive program + State-of-the-art equipment + Supportive team approach •Why Saint Joseph Health System?
