Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Noblesville, IN Join our team at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic in Noblesville, IN. This is a Part Time, Occupational Therapist opportunity with competitive benefits. Afternoon hours a plus! Be a part of this multi-disciplinary team dedicated to meeting the needs of a diverse pediatric patient population in a growing community. Pediatric sensory gym Private treatment space Aquatic pool onsite Collaborative environment founded in best clinical practice; centered on patient-driven functional skills Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations The details: Each child has their own unique needs. We work one-on-one with children from birth through the transition into adulthood in a developmentally friendly setting to encourage and inspire children and parents to reach their goals. Our pediatric rehabilitation team consists of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with a wide range of rehabilitation expertise in a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, Autism Developmental delays and disorders Orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular impairments Movement system disorders Sensory integration and visual motor skills Fine motor skills Receptive and expressive language impairments Cognitive impairments Feeding and swallowing impairments The ideal candidate: Is someone who is excited to join a thriving and energetic team Is someone who loves to continue their education and learn more to better serve their patients Is someone who believes that patients deserve one-on-one care with a highly trained clinician Is someone who enjoys participating in or leading community & educational events Is someone who values a lifelong relationship with patients and who can provide therapy services across the lifespan The reasons to join

Job Responsibilities Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Occupational Therapy services Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR) Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department. Education Requirements Minimum:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Preferred:
Master or Doctor of Occupational Therapy Experience Requirements Two (2) years of pediatric experience required Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience
License/Certification Requirements Minimum:
Occupational Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana Basic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
