You will become part of an excellent group of therapists that are driven to provide the highest quality of care for the families that we serve. We are a therapist-owned and operated company that provides early intervention services through the Indiana First Steps Program, serving Hamilton, Tipton, and a portion of Marion County. At our private therapy clinic in Noblesville, you will have the opportunity to provide direct treatment supporting children with a wide variety of needs. No feeding experience is required! We are here to train you in this speciality area of practice! If you are a committed and dedicated pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to become a partner with the families that we work with providing family-centered and client-centered therapy, we are interested! Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Skills Graduate degree or greater in occupational therapy Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid Indiana license to practice occupational therapy CPR/First Aide certified
