Job Description

You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to help students overcome challenges and develop essential life and academic skills.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of current therapeutic practices for school-age populations Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Patient, creative, and adaptable approach to therapy
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify student needs in motor, sensory, and developmental skills Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in a school-based setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and district standards Participate in meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
