Job Description
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehab & Acute Care We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work across inpatient rehabilitation and acute care, treating a diverse patient population while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Position Highlights 180+ bed accredited hospital 11-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit Level II Stroke Certified facility Treat patients from ICU through inpatient rehab Modern rehab gym and private treatment rooms Collaborative team of OT, PT, SLP, and experienced COTAs Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating weekend coverage approximately every 8-10 weeks Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Supervise and delegate appropriate services to COTAs Complete timely documentation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current or eligible OT licensure Strong communication and teamwork skills New graduates encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Up to $54/hour based on experience $5,000 sign-on bonus Weekend differential pay Holiday pay at 1.5x PSLF-eligible employer CME support Comprehensive benefits package PTO accrual Join a supportive rehabilitation team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care while providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
