Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic care to pediatric patients. This role requires a deep understanding of pediatric development and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans. We believe relationship is the foundation of effective therapy and strive to incorporate meaningful skills and activities into sessions. Join our team and be ready to have fun and play at work! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs. Develop individualized plans of care for each patient. Provide center based therapy in a 1:1 setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of behavior analysts, speech therapists, and occupational therapy assistants to support each individual's learning journey. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes. Supervision and mentorship of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional and fun occupational therapy services. The majority of our patients are early intervention and have a variety of abilities.
