WHO WE ARE A
pediatric multidisciplinary developmental and behavioral therapy clinic in Louisiana. We serve kids across occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and behavioral therapy - under one roof, with one shared mission: help kids get better. Our model is collaborative, our environment is warm and kid-friendly, and our families trust us.

We're not a revolving door clinic. We're the place kids ask to come back to.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need a Lead Pediatric Therapist — whether your credential is OT or PT — who shows up to work because they want to, not because they have to. Someone who takes ownership of their caseload, builds genuine relationships with kids and families, and isn't afraid to hold families accountable to their treatment plans because they believe in the outcome.

This is not a coast-through-the-day position. It's a role for a clinician who is energized by progress, and ready to be the superhero in the room for a kid who needs one.
THE FLEXIBILITY YOU'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR
This role grows with you. The hiring manager is open to conversations around: Schedule flexibility within reason Evolving leadership responsibilities as you grow into the role Clinical development paths in the direction that excites you most The right person's success matters more than a rigid org chart.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a pediatric caseload Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals Communicate proactively with families — including encouraging treatment plan compliance with confidence and care Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral therapists, and other clinical team members Contribute to a positive, energetic clinic culture that kids and families love to be part of Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and payer requirements Mentor and support therapy team members as a lead clinician
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L with NBCOT) or Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PT license) in Louisiana Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to lead a caseload independently Excellent communication skills with kids, families, and clinical teammates A genuine passion for pediatric care — this matters more than any specialty cert
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Base salary: $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience Performance-based bonus structure — you grow your schedule, you grow your income Full-time schedule: Monday-Thursday with one Friday per month Flexible on specific daily hours for the right candidate
A NOTE ON FIT
We've found that the therapists who thrive here aren't just clinically excellent — they're the ones who light up when a kid hits a milestone, who take their work personally in the best way, and who want to be part of something bigger than a caseload. If that's you, we'd love to meet you.
