Local:
$57/hr Required Credentials Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license. CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (including AED). Primary Responsibilities Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities and home/environmental factors to determine limitations and establish measurable goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic techniques to improve daily living skills and functional independence. Recommend, train in, and monitor use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices. Educate patients and families on strategies for managing conditions and promoting independence. Document assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes; communicate and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
