Key Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) eligible to practice in Massachusetts Experience supporting Pre-K through 4th-grade students preferred Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus Strong communication skills for collaborating, reporting, and presenting Comfort providing direct and consultative services in an educational environment
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports Present findings clearly to staff and caregivers Deliver direct intervention and consultative OT services to students Develop and implement effective treatment plans Track and document progress through timely progress reports Engage with both Pre-K to 4th-grade students across two onsite buildings Work in a structured schedule: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with a half-hour lunch, totaling 32.5 hours per week
