After accepting the full time OT position on our team, your roles will include:

• Working with children (birth to three) and families to encourage participation and engagement during everyday activities
• Evaluating children for program eligibility and assessing needs to create functional outcomes
• Partnering with caregivers to develop individualized and culturally sensitive strategies to support successful daily routines
• Coordinating services and making referrals to outside agencies when needed
• Consulting with other professionals and participating in team meetingsIn order to join us, we need to know that you:
• Are a Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
• Have pediatric experience (preferably birth to three years)
• Hold a valid drivers license and have dependable transportation
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
