Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts Previous experience working as an OT in schools strongly preferred Proficient in assessment, intervention, and documentation for diverse student needs Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Passion for working with children and a flexible, resourceful mindset
Responsibilities:
Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to promote student success Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain detailed records and reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary problem-solving teams Support educators by providing strategies and resources to facilitate classroom participation
