Occupational Therapist Framingham Academy Salary Range:

$32,500.00 - $37,500.00/year + s ign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time). This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week. Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a creative and supportive individual to work in our Wayside Academy! What You Will Do:

Provide a range of clinical occupational therapy services for youth and their families as part of a robust multi-disciplinary team at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network. Provide assessment and clinical treatment recommendations to our Continuum programs serving DCF and DMH youth (ages 6-18). Consult with clinical teams as well as provide individual and group therapy as required. In home consultation to caregivers required as part of family work.

Experience with program development preferred Experience in using clinical observations in assessment Flexibility and willingness to be a part of a team Ability to explain sensory integration (SI) and OT in understandable terms Ability to empower staff with various training levels to utilize occupational therapy strategies.

Minimum Requirements :
