Role:
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Pivot Point, you'll help patients regain independence, safety, and meaningful participation in daily activities. You'll assess functional abilities, develop customized intervention plans, and implement therapeutic strategies that support each individual's goals within their home environment.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive in-home occupational therapy evaluations Develop and manage individualized OT treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence Provide therapeutic interventions such as activity modification, strengthening, cognitive retraining, and home safety recommendations Educate patients and caregivers on compensatory strategies, equipment use, and home programs Document care accurately and maintain all compliance and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, PTs, and other interdisciplinary team members
What You'll Need:
MA-licensed Occupational Therapist CPR certification and ability to pass a background check Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills Reliable transportation to visit patients in the Brockton area Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently Why Pivot Point?
