Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials for school-based practice Experience or coursework related to pediatric or school occupational therapy Strong skills in evaluation, report writing, presenting findings, and collaborating with educational teams Ability to provide both direct intervention and consultative services based on IEP goals Excellent organizational and communication abilities Comfortable managing a caseload for students from Pre-K through 4th grade across multiple buildings

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and daily treatment notes Present evaluation results and progress updates at team meetings Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services, collaborating with teachers and other staff to support student participation and achievement Participate in IEP development and implement individual plans Foster positive relationships with students and families in a supportive educational environment

Schedule:
