Occupational Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to help clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct assessments to determine clients' physical and cognitive abilities Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs Provide therapy to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and independent living skills Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve daily functioning Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions

Qualifications and Skills:
