Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This position requires a professional with expertise in school-based occupational therapy services, providing targeted support to young students to enhance their academic and functional performance.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students Collaborating with educators, parents, and other related service providers to support student progress in a school setting Documenting therapy services and maintaining compliance with school and state regulations Participating in IEP meetings to provide expert recommendations and updates on student progress Implementing interventions that address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation Desired qualifications and experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based practice Ability to manage an elementary school caseload efficiently Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with educational laws and regulations relevant to occupational therapy services in schools Commitment to providing client-centered care and promoting student success This position is a contract role offering 3 to 4 days per week in a supportive school environment located in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
