Occupational Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing physical, developmental, or emotional challenges to help them regain independence in their daily lives. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' abilities, create treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve their functional capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations Develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' physical and cognitive skills Provide adaptive equipment and recommendations for home modifications Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:
