Key Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts Previous experience (or strong interest) in school-based OT services Comfortable working with PreK through 8th-grade students Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Adaptable with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative OT services within school settings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans and interventions Support student participation in educational and daily activities Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate records and progress notes
