Habilitation Assistance Corporation (HAC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Plymouth Day Habilitation Program. As an Independent Contractor, you will play an important role in helping individuals maximize their independence, participation, and quality of life through individualized therapeutic services.
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing therapeutic interventions and recommendations
  • Training staff on effective therapeutic strategies and adaptive techniques
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support each individual's goals
Qualifications:
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is welcomed but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Position Details:
  • Independent Contractor position
  • Approximately 12-16 hours per month
  • Flexible schedule
