Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by bringing your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to a contract role supporting schools in the Quincy, MA area. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with children who benefit from your creative interventions and clinical skill set, across a variety of environments including in-person, home health, and teletherapy platforms.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred Comfort and proficiency with home health and teletherapy service delivery models Strong interpersonal communication abilities with children, families, and staff Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams Organization and adaptability for managing a diverse caseload
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized OT services to students according to their educational plans Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment goals, and monitor student progress Provide therapy both in schools and, when needed, via teletherapy or home visits Support classroom staff and families with strategies to enhance student participation and independence Maintain clear documentation of sessions and student outcomes in compliance with regulations Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development This contract role allows you to use your clinical skills in settings that value patient-centered care.
