Job Description

Occupational Therapist (Travel & Local Assignment) Somerville, MA $60 per Hour 40 Hours per Week Day Shift Travel and Local Opportunities Available We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel or local assignment in Somerville, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while earning competitive compensation. Job Details Must have pediatric behavioral health experience Inpatient pediatric/mental health exp. Age Group 4-18 Inpatient behavioral health desired
BS/MS/OTD
in Occupational Therapy Current MA OT licensure AHA BLS certification required Min 1-2 yrs experience as OT Travel experience highly preferred
AHA BLS 2

EMR Exp Preferred:
EPIC Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards
