This contract position, located in the Haydenville, MA area, offers the opportunity to support students in a specialized educational setting with a focus on occupational therapy services.

End of school year Will be the same for the 26/27 school year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of middle/high school students as well as one adult learner within a self-contained classroom.
  • Collaborate with educational and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans to meet evolving needs.
  • Document all services and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license applicable in MA.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably middle and high school students.
  • Familiarity with self-contained educational programs and individualized educational plans (IEPs).
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to begin work immediately and commit to the assignment through June 2026.
