Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time LTC Therapy Services Worcester, MA $42-$46/hour LTC Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and return to meaningful daily routines through individualized care.

What You'll Do:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity strength, cognition, coordination, and safety Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate patient care Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:
