A maternity leave opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide services in a K-8 educational setting in Worcester, MA. This contract position runs from September 15, 2025, through March 9, 2026, offering the chance to support students' developmental and therapeutic needs within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement student-centered treatment plans. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations related to occupational therapy in educational settings.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license. Experience working in schools, specifically with children in grades K-8. Strong understanding of educational legislation and individualized education programs (IEPs). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs.
