  • 55/hour We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester.
This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies to maximize resident independence Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
