Occupational Therapist Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible and for performing Occupational Therapy services for inpatients and/or across the life span. The services include, but are not limited to; evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, splinting, patient and community relations, education, implementing and delivering service. All combined to the highest quality of care and positive outcomes of services. Occupational Therapist Position Requirements B.S. or M.S. from Accredited OT school, Current Maryland or Delaware Licensure depending on work location. Previous Experience Preferred BLS CPR through American Heart Association Occupational Therapist Work Schedule Expected to work Monday through Friday and weekends as needed. Must be willing to work in an emergency. Occupational Therapist Benefits At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
