This role offers a competitive hourly rate and a caseload that will be finalized over the summer.

Position Overview:

School year: 2026-2027 1 full-time OT opening

Caseload:

To be determined over the summer Interviews begin in May Onsite only School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students Support evaluation, IEP development, and goal implementation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration Maintain documentation and compliance with district/state requirements

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred

Experience & Education:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Work Hours:

Full-time school schedule (approx. 37.5-40 hours/week)

Employment Type:

Contract - W2

Compensation:

$50+ (avg is $54/hour depends on years of experience)
